Shamsa Mohamed Abdalla is a marketing and communications leader with over a decade of experience in brand strategy, corporate communications, digital marketing and stakeholder engagement. She has led major rebranding initiatives, culture transformation programmes and customer-centric communication strategies across corporate and development environments.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and an Advanced Diploma in Project Management and is known for her strategic clarity, storytelling ability and execution-focused leadership.

Shamsa founded the Saad Bilal Autism Foundation from lived experience, driven by a deeply personal commitment to autism awareness, advocacy and inclusion. Her vision is to build systems that support families, amplify understanding and ensure dignity and opportunity for children on the autism spectrum.
